Data Product Definition

Tapir supports Data Products across nine HR domains, from strategic HR to HR accelerators and the full HR lifecycle. These products are co-created by community members during exploration and experimentation phases. Organizations can also gain immediate insights by joining existing data products, with ownership shared fairly among all contributors.

Current projects of the Tapir Community

From Ideas to Data Products

Data Products are co-created in the Tapir community over two phases (1) Explore and (2) Experiment before they become generally available in the last phase (3) Execute. The first step in the exploration phase of new Data Products is a seed workshop. We regularly conduct them on different topics.
