Tapir supports Data Products across nine HR domains, from strategic HR to HR accelerators and the full HR lifecycle. These products are co-created by community members during exploration and experimentation phases. Organizations can also gain immediate insights by joining existing data products, with ownership shared fairly among all contributors.

From Ideas to Data Products
Data Products are co-created in the Tapir community over two phases (1) Explore and (2) Experiment before they become generally available in the last phase (3) Execute. The first step in the exploration phase of new Data Products is a seed workshop. We regularly conduct them on different topics.
Case Study
This Psychological Safety Dashboard provides a clear, data-driven view into organizational wellbeing. The first visual summarizes key wellbeing KPIs and enables benchmarking against other organizations through Tapir’s privacy-preserving data sharing.
The second dashboard segment offers predictive insights into wellbeing risks for specific groups, using a decision tree and Sankey diagram powered by a federated machine learning model. The final view highlights advanced summarization and AI-driven recommendations to support targeted, actionable improvements.
